Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to build a robust sales funnel.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and manage end-to-end sales cycles to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline stages in the CRM; update forecasts and activities daily.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs; negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful execution of client engagements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and participate in on-site client meetings and events as required.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development; ideally within HR tech, recruitment services, or professional services.
- On-site work authorization in India and willingness to travel domestically for client meetings.
