This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Business Development Executive in Inside Sales B2C. The Executive will focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, maintaining relationships with existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. The role requires active collaboration with team members and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to successfully identify and convert potential clients.
- Knowledge of Business and Account Management to oversee and sustain customer relationships effectively.
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, articulate clearly, and interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and decision-making within a B2C environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or business development, particularly in the technology or education sector, is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
