Role Description Business Development Associate (WFO) is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding learners and families through BrightCHAMPS’ programs and academic journeys. In this role, the BDA conducts individual and group counselling sessions to understand student interests, learning goals, and challenges, and recommends suitable courses and learning pathways. The position involves providing academic advising, career guidance aligned with BrightCHAMPS’ curriculum, and ongoing support to help students stay motivated and on track. The BDA collaborates with educators and internal teams to track progress, address concerns, and enhance the overall learning experience. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate student records, communicating regularly via calls, messages, and online meetings, and contributing to initiatives that improve learner engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising to support learners in their educational journey.
  • Effective Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written interaction with students, families, and internal teams.
  • Experience in Career Counseling and Education to guide learners on future academic and professional pathways.
  • Background in education, psychology, counseling, or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, with proficiency in online conferencing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, handle multiple cases, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Prior experience in edtech, K–12 education, or academic advising roles is an advantage.
