Business Development Associate (Enterprise AI)
Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are not selling software.
We are helping some of the world’s largest infrastructure companies transform how projects are planned, monitored, and executed using AI.
At FieldNerve, we are building the world’s first Autonomous Infrastructure Intelligence Platform —bringing together project execution, operations, field intelligence, AI, and decision-making into one unified platform.
This is not a conventional sales role. You will work directly with the founders to help build our global enterprise sales engine from the ground up.
If you are excited by the idea of speaking with CEOs, Project Directors, Construction Leaders, and Digital Transformation teams across India and international markets, we would love to meet you.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage enterprise sales pipelines across India and global markets
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers
- Execute highly personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns
- Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations
- Coordinate founder meetings with CXOs and senior executives
- Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and commercial documentation
- Represent FieldNerve at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Build relationships with consultants, partners, and industry associations
- Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and business opportunities
- Continuously identify new market opportunities and strategic accounts
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, Consulting, or Strategic Partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research and analytical thinking
- Confidence interacting with senior leadership
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events when required
Bonus
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology
- Exposure to Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Energy, or Industrial sectors
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Familiarity with AI, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Software
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
