About the Role :


We are hiring a high-impact Strategic Enterprise Growth Leader to drive global expansion for our Custom Software Development, AI Solutions, and GCC (Global Capability Center) Services.


This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on ownership, enterprise deal-making, and end-to-end revenue generation across international markets.


You will independently lead the complete sales lifecycle from strategic prospecting and CXO engagement to deal closure and account expansion, leveraging AI tools, automation, and data-driven sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities :


Enterprise Business Development


  • Identify and engage CXOs, Founders, CTOs, and senior technology decision-makers
  • Drive new business for Custom Software Development, AI Solutions, Digital Transformation, and GCC services
  • Build a strong international pipeline across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC regions
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound outreach, AI tools, and platforms like Upwork, Clutch, and Freelancer for lead generation


Consultative Solution Selling


  • Conduct detailed discovery discussions to understand client business challenges
  • Position solutions as strategic enablers for business transformation and ROI improvement
  • Develop customized proposals, solution architectures, and commercial models
  • Lead negotiations and independently close high-value enterprise deals


Revenue Ownership and Pipeline Management


  • Own the complete sales funnel from prospecting to closure and account growth
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent tools
  • Track pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion performance
  • Continuously optimize outreach and closing strategies using analytics and insights


Strategic Market Contribution


  • Collaborate with leadership on global go-to-market strategy
  • Provide insights on market trends, competition, and client requirements
  • Identify new opportunities in AI, software development, and GCC expansion
  • Contribute to international business expansion and partnership development


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Proven success in B2B IT Services, Custom Software Development, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Product Engineering, or related solution-selling environments
  • Strong experience in international enterprise sales across US, UK, and Middle East markets
  • Proven ability to independently close high-value software or technology deals
  • Strong expertise in consultative selling and value-based solution positioning
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CXO-level engagement skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus
