Business Development Analyst – Partnerships & Growth

iKure is looking for a competent and driven Business Development Analyst to support our growth across healthcare partnerships, corporate engagements, institutional collaborations, and new market expansion.
The role will require someone who is structured, good with research and documentation, confident in follow-ups, and able to support senior leadership in converting opportunities into clear business actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development across corporates, MSMEs, CSR partners, foundations, NGOs, healthcare organisations, and institutional partners.
- Conduct market research and identify relevant opportunities for partnerships, corporate health programs, clinic expansion, and community-based healthcare services.
- Prepare concept notes, proposals, presentations, partner briefs, pricing notes, and follow-up documents.
- Track leads, maintain the business development pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare discussion points, capture minutes, and convert discussions into action items.
- Support outreach to potential partners and assist in managing partner communication.
- Work with internal teams to understand iKure’s services and convert them into clear business propositions.
- Support expansion planning for new geographies, clinics, and B2B healthcare opportunities.
- Analyse market trends in primary healthcare, corporate health, preventive care, diagnostics, insurance, and social impact partnerships.
- Prepare weekly updates on pipeline, progress, bottlenecks, and next steps.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales support, consulting, healthcare, CSR, social enterprise, or development sector roles.
- Strong research, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to write clear emails, proposals, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers, timelines, trackers, and targets.
- Organised, practical, and able to work closely with senior leadership.
- Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, corporate wellness, CSR, insurance, diagnostics, or development sector partnerships will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in preparing proposals and business presentations.
- Ability to maintain CRM or pipeline trackers.
- Understanding of B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or healthcare programs.
- Good command over PowerPoint, Excel, and business communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
