Position: BTL Marketing Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
About the RoleAksara Gold & Diamonds is looking for an energetic and result-oriented BTL Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities that drive showroom footfall, generate quality leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail marketing, event activations, and customer engagement, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesBTL Marketing & Promotions- Plan and execute BTL campaigns to increase showroom footfall and brand awareness.
- Conduct apartment activations, corporate tie-ups, residential community events, exhibitions, kiosks, roadshows, and local promotional campaigns.
- Organize festive promotions, jewellery exhibitions, and special in-store events.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and local brand visibility.
- Generate quality customer leads through on-ground marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for timely lead follow-up and conversion.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, corporate offices, educational institutions, and local business communities.
- Coordinate with event agencies, promoters, printers, and branding vendors.
- Manage promotional materials, event logistics, branding, and giveaways.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within approved budgets and timelines.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track campaign performance, showroom footfall, lead generation, and ROI.
- Provide market feedback and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Retail Marketing, Event Marketing, or Brand Activation.
- Experience in the Jewellery industry is preferred. Candidates from luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent event planning and execution abilities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the Bangalore market.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Mandatory: Fluent in Kannada (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
- Preferred: Ability to speak at least one additional South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Knowledge of English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Showroom footfall generated through BTL activities.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Sales conversion from BTL campaigns.
