About the Role
We are building the next generation of consumer health brands at Psychotropics India Ltd. (PIL) — a 40+ year pharmaceutical company with exports across 45+ countries.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a pure 0 to 1 brand building role across three new verticals being built ground up in the D2C space — mass premium petcare, premium skincare and nutraceuticals — alongside scaling our existing online business.
You will be the daily heartbeat of everything brand, content and marketing at PIL's consumer division — owning the narrative, building the identity and taking these brands from concept to consumer.

What You'll Own
Brand Building
- Own brand identity, positioning and communication across all consumer verticals
- Translate brand strategy into compelling consumer-facing communication
- Maintain consistency of tone, voice and visual language across all touchpoints
- Work closely with leadership on brand architecture and GTM strategy
Campaign & Content
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline
- Own the content calendar across social media, D2C website and marketplaces
- Brief and guide the creative team on all brand communication
- Lead influencer and KOL strategy — identification, outreach and execution
Launch Marketing
- Own the end-to-end brand launch plan for new verticals
- Coordinate across creative, e-commerce, marketplace and agency teams
- Build pre-launch buzz, launch push and sustenance marketing plans
- Ensure every launch lands with clarity, consistency and impact
Community & Consumer
- Build and grow brand communities across Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
- Stay deeply connected to consumer trends, category shifts and competitor activity
- Bring a sharp, modern consumer lens to every brief and campaign
Reporting & Optimisation
- Track brand health metrics — awareness, engagement, sentiment, share of voice
- Review campaign performance and continuously optimise
- Bring data and instinct together to make better brand decisions
Who We're Looking For
- 4–7 years in brand marketing — beauty, wellness, petcare, FMCG or D2C preferred
- Experience working on a brand from early stage — launch experience is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of digital-first brand building and social media
- Strong grasp of content, influencer marketing and community building
- Comfortable briefing and managing creative, agency and external partners
- Sharp consumer instinct — especially for modern, premium and wellness-led categories
- Ability to move fast, think independently and own outcomes
- Based in Delhi NCR with Faridabad commute feasible
Good to Have
- Experience in petcare, skincare or nutraceuticals
- Exposure to D2C platforms — Shopify, Amazon, brand.com
- Familiarity with performance marketing — enough to brief and review
- Understanding of GenZ and millennial consumer behaviour
- Experience launching a brand from scratch
