BI/Data Analyst

About The Role And The Team In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients? usage and experience with existing products. As a BI/Data Analyst you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring data quality for effective reporting processes. You will work closely with Data engineers and BI developers to connect the dots and establish a smooth development and deployment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for assuring the data quality of the BI reports. This role is a key part of the BI team, so you will have a chance to cooperate closely with other BI team members to synchronize the efforts and share the knowledge. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BI/Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making, a strong ability to analyse business requirements, and experience working with Tableau. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful insights. We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to: Work closely with other team members in the BI (Business Intelligence) team to stay aligned and share knowledge. Turn data into useful insights that help the company make better decisions. Build and manage BI tools and reports to meet business needs. Talk to global stakeholders to understand their needs and share your findings with them. Use your strong skills in Tableau to create clear and helpful data visualizations. Communicate clearly and effectively with different people, both technical and non-technical. Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have: 2+ years of proven experience in leading a team of individual contributors or leaders Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into data solutions. Hands-on experience with Tableau (Desktop, Prep, Server, and Cloud). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and complex data structure. Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Basic understanding of data modelling concepts and best practices. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
