Job Description
BDM – Environment Compliance (Sales)
Location: Noida
Company: Corpseed
5 days work: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales for EPR, ESG, pollution control, sustainability, and environmental compliance services.
- Generate leads, acquire new clients, and manage key accounts.
- Build relationships with CEOs, Compliance Heads, HSE Managers, and corporate stakeholders.
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in consulting/compliance/services.
- 2–3 years in environmental compliance, sustainability, ESG, EPR, or related domains.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience handling industrial/manufacturing clients preferred.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
KPIs
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate 60 qualified leads/month.
- Maintain minimum 15% conversion ratio.
- Onboard 20–25 clients/month.
