Job Description

BD & Pre-Sales Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced BD & Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team in Hyderabad or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and solution design & configuration. The role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Design and configure solutions to meet client requirements, including structured cabling and data center cabling solutions
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate commercial activities, including lead generation and market intelligence
  • Support the deployment of solutions in the field
  • Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) for client projects
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales strategy, and solution design & configuration
  • Strong understanding of structured cabling and data center cabling solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in proposal negotiation and client management
  • Knowledge of commercial coordination and market intelligence
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required
