Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves identifying and acquiring corporate clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering customized insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about business development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field visits.
* Build relationships with business owners, HR teams, finance heads, and key decision-makers.
* Offer suitable corporate insurance solutions based on client requirements.
* Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
* Coordinate with insurance companies for competitive quotations and policy issuance.

* Support policy renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination.
* Maintain accurate sales records and client relationships.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, insurance, banking, or financial services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
