Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Surat (Field Sales – Bharuch to Vapi Belt)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Outsmartt Technologies by Yash Enterprise. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, understanding their technology requirements, and offering customized IT Infrastructure, Security & Surveillance solutions.
Responsibilities- Generate new B2B business through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Meet decision-makers including business owners, IT managers, purchase managers, and plant heads.
- Present and promote our solutions, including CCTV, Networking, Servers, Access Control, Firewalls, IT Hardware, Structured Cabling, and AMC services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Travel extensively across the Bharuch to Vapi corridor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Security, or Surveillance solutions is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
