As Tricog expands its consumer-facing healthcare initiatives, the company is looking for a growth-focused operator who can build and execute go-to-market strategies for new B2C offerings.
Role Overview
Tricog Health is looking for a Growth & GTM Manager, Consumer Health to lead the go-to-market planning, launch execution, consumer acquisition, funnel management, and early growth of its emerging B2C healthcare offerings.
This role is meant for someone who can take a consumer health product from early market testing to structured launch and growth. The person should be comfortable working across strategy, marketing, consumer insights, performance campaigns, partnerships, content, inside sales, customer journeys, pricing experiments, and conversion optimisation.
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on growth operator who can understand the consumer problem, identify the right target segments, define the right positioning, build the acquisition funnel, run experiments, and convert early traction into repeatable growth.
This is not a pure marketing role. It is a business growth role that connects product, consumer behaviour, campaign execution, sales conversion, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2C GTM Strategy
- Own the go-to-market strategy for Tricog's consumer healthcare initiatives.
- Define target segments, positioning, pricing, channels, and launch plans.
- Develop city-wise and channel-wise GTM strategies with measurable growth goals.
- Identify, test, and scale high-potential market segments.
2. Consumer Segmentation and ICP Definition
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and consumer personas.
- Segment audiences based on demographics, health needs, behavior, geography, and affordability.
- Use campaign and customer insights to improve targeting and conversion.
3. Consumer Acquisition and Growth
- Drive customer acquisition across digital, offline, partnerships, referrals, and community channels.
- Optimize the customer journey from awareness to retention.
- Continuously improve acquisition efficiency, conversion, and scalability.
4. Positioning, Messaging and Campaign Planning
- Develop clear, consumer-friendly positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and clinical teams on campaigns.
- Ensure all communication is compliant, credible, and customer-centric.
5. Funnel Management and Conversion Ownership
- Own the end-to-end consumer funnel from lead generation to retention.
- Track funnel performance, identify drop-offs, and improve conversion rates.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and nurturing.
6. Inside Sales and Customer Journey Coordination
- Partner with inside sales teams to improve lead handling and conversion.
- Define call flows, qualification criteria, and follow-up processes.
- Identify consumer objections and enhance the overall customer journey.
7. CRM, Data and Growth Analytics
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate lead tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and growth metrics.
- Build dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Cost Optimisation and Unit Economics
- Track and optimize acquisition costs, campaign ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics.
- Improve budget allocation and eliminate underperforming channels.
- Ensure sustainable and commercially viable growth.
9. Partnerships and Channel Development
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, corporates, and community networks.
- Execute pilot programs and evaluate partnership performance.
- Scale successful partnerships into repeatable growth channels.
10. Launch and Experimentation
- Plan and execute market launches for consumer offerings.
- Conduct structured experiments across pricing, messaging, channels, and customer journeys.
- Document learnings and scale successful initiatives.
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, marketing, clinical, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Align campaigns, product positioning, and customer experience across functions.
- Share market feedback and keep stakeholders informed on progress and key decisions.
12. Consumer Insights and Market Feedback
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, campaign data, and market insights.
- Identify consumer pain points, conversion barriers, and churn drivers.
- Recommend improvements to messaging, pricing, product experience, and customer engagement based on insights.
Required Experience
4-9 years of experience in growth, GTM, consumer marketing, digital marketing, revenue growth, category growth, or business growth roles.
Prior experience in B2C growth is strongly preferred.
Experience working with consumer-facing products, healthcare, wellness, digital health, diagnostics, health services, insurance, fintech, edtech, consumer apps, or subscription businesses
will be useful.
Experience managing digital acquisition campaigns and conversion funnels.
Experience working with performance marketing, inside sales, CRM, customer support, and product teams.
Experience launching new offerings or scaling early-stage consumer products will be preferred.
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment will be an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of B2C growth funnels.
Ability to define ICPs, consumer segments, and GTM plans.
Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect campaigns to business outcomes.
Good understanding of performance marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in dashboards, campaign data, CRM reports, and funnel metrics.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive execution without waiting for perfect information.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, messaging, and conversion psychology.
Ability to create campaign briefs, growth plans, launch plans, and experiment roadmaps.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity and build structure in early-stage growth initiatives.
High ownership, execution discipline, and bias for measurable results.
Good to Have
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, preventive health, remote care, wellness, or digital health.
Experience with WhatsApp-led consumer journeys.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
Experience working with inside sales or calling teams.
Experience building referral, community, or partnership-led growth channels.
Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and responsible consumer communication.
Experience with landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and retention journeys.
Understanding of subscription, repeat usage, or service-led consumer businesses.
