  • K-12 Network Veteran: You have 8+ years of experience specifically selling digital products or premium educational solutions to schools in India.
  • Proven Sales Leader: You have previously led the sales function for an entire edtech or school-product company.
  • Expert of the Indian School Sales Cycle: You understand how school boards, trusts, and principals operate.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B School Sales Mentor & Advisor who has successfully built and scaled institutional sales in the K-12 education sector. This is a strategic advisory role focused on helping EnglishBhashi establish a strong school sales engine, shorten sales cycles, and unlock partnerships with schools, trusts, and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and strengthen the end-to-end school sales strategy.
  • Mentor founders and the sales team on institutional selling best practices.
  • Help build a scalable B2B sales process, playbooks, and funnel management framework.
  • Provide insights into stakeholder mapping, decision-making structures, and procurement cycles within schools.
  • Support key sales conversations with school management, principals, trusts, and academic leaders.
  • Facilitate relevant introductions and leverage industry networks where appropriate.
  • Review sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Advise on pricing, positioning, pilot programs, renewals, and long-term account growth.
