This is a LinkedIn-first outbound B2B role focused on generating qualified international leads for our services including:

  • Game Development
  • Animation & VFX
  • AI & Metaverse Solutions

You will manage the full funnel — from prospect data creation → outreach → conversation → meeting booking, while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build high-quality, targeted prospect lists (Gaming studios, agencies, publishers, brands) in US / UK / EU / APAC
  • Identify decision-makers (Founders, Producers, CTOs, Product Heads)
  • Execute high-volume LinkedIn outreach campaigns using multiple accounts
  • Use AI tools to personalize outreach, optimize messaging, and scale campaigns
  • Initiate, nurture, and manage client conversations
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales/business team
  • Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and response rates
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data


Requirements


3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation (IT / Gaming / Digital services)

Strong expertise in prospect data creation (list building, segmentation, filtering)

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Multiple active & warmed-up LinkedIn accounts ready for outreach

Experience targeting international markets (US / UK / Europe / APAC)

Strong written English (client-facing communication)

Clear understanding of:

  • LinkedIn limits
  • Account warming strategies
  • Outreach best practices

Working knowledge of AI tools for lead generation and outreach optimization (MANDATORY)


AI Tools Knowledge (Important)

Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools such as:

  • ChatGPT / Gemini (for messaging, personalization, research)
  • Clay / Apollo AI / similar (for enrichment & automation)
  • AI-based email & LinkedIn automation tools
  • Prompting skills to generate high-converting outreach messages
  • Ability to combine AI + human personalization will be a key differentiator.


Tools & Skills
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
  • Apollo / similar tools for lead sourcing & enrichment
  • CRM tools for tracking conversations and pipeline
  • AI-assisted prospecting & outreach tools
  • Strong research, targeting, and profiling skills
