Role Description The Audio Visual Techno-Commercial Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves working closely with clients to understand AV requirements, designing suitable technical solutions, and preparing proposals that balance performance and cost. Daily responsibilities include supporting the sales team with pre-sales engineering, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering technical presentations. The role also includes coordinating with vendors and project teams for implementation, troubleshooting basic AV system issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely follow-up. The engineer will contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, assisting in negotiations, and providing market feedback to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong AV engineering skills, including solution design and technical support for AV systems.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deliver product and system training to customers, installers, and internal teams.
• Relevant experience in audio-visual or related technology domains; familiarity with AV standards and components is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
• Comfort working on-site, with a hands-on approach to equipment, installations, and demonstrations.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
