Athlete Recruiter (Sales & Consulting)

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Athlete Recruiter (Sales & Consulting) to join our team and help identify, advise, and enroll student-athletes who are pursuing college opportunities through sport.

This is a results-driven, relationship-based role that blends sales, consulting, and athlete advising. You’ll work directly with athletes and families educating them on the recruiting process, evaluating fit, and guiding them toward the right pathway.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and identify student-athletes interested in studying in the U.S. on a sports scholarship
• Speak with athletes and families to understand athletic, academic, and personal goals
• Evaluate prospective athletes’ academic and athletic profiles at a high level
• Build trust and educate families on the U.S. college recruiting system (NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, etc.)
• Advise athletes on best-fit opportunities based on ability, academics, and long-term goals
• Guide families through AllRecruit’s process and enrollment options
• Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management with leads
• Collaborate closely with leadership and placement teams

While deep sports knowledge is a huge plus, this is ultimately a performance-based, people-focused role.

Preferred / Ideal Background (Not Required)

This role is a great fit for someone who has:

• Experience as a collegiate athlete
• Previous coaching or recruiting experience
• Firsthand knowledge of the U.S. college athletics system
• An international background or experience navigating the recruiting process as an international athlete
