Job Description – Project Sales Executive

Location: Madurai

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary Range: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Project Sales Executive to drive in-house sales of UG and PG academic projects. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling calls, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell UG and PG academic projects through in-house channels.
  • Handle Closed User Group (CUG) calls, ensuring professional communication and timely responses.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with students, institutions, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or PG qualification preferred.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in education or training services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and manage customer queries effectively.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

  • Experience in academic project sales or educational services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
