Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing and developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and implementing sales strategies. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, and generating business opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer expectations and deliver excellent service is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in developing and executing sales strategies, as well as handling sales operations and achieving targets
- Experience in managing client relationships and understanding customer needs
- Effective leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and improve sales performance
- Good organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the steel and tubes industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
