Asst Sales Manager/Privacy and Technology Solutions

Come join our growing organization and be part of one of the most exciting and emerging domains—India’s first Data Privacy Law (DPDPA). We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals to join our team and drive growth for our Privacy Consulting, Advisory, and Products across enterprises in India.

Location: Noida (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for privacy compliance tools and consulting services.
• Engage with C-level executives to identify challenges, propose solutions, and close deals across various industry verticals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and client relationship development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product and service capabilities.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Create customized solution designs, proposals, and architecture diagrams.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and technical queries with compelling and accurate content.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity and Privacy solution sales.
• Proven track record of selling in the Indian market, especially to large and mid-sized enterprises.
• Experience in solution-based and consultative selling.
• Familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA) and cybersecurity compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex sales cycles and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
