Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager – Compliance & Cybersecurity

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional to expand our Compliance and Cybersecurity business. The role involves generating new business, building client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and working with technical teams to deliver tailored security and compliance solutions.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with enterprise, Startup, government, and partner clients.
• Promote Compliance and Cybersecurity services, including:
• ISO 27001
• SOC 2
• PCI DSS
• GDPR & HIPAA
• VAPT
• Security Audits & Assessments
• Security Awareness Training
• Managed Security Services
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• 2–10+ years of B2B sales/business development experience (depending on role).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and consultative selling.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks is preferred.

Exposure to one or more of the following:

• ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS
• GDPR, HIPAA
• NIST, CIS Controls
• ISMS, Risk Assessment
• Cloud Security, VAPT

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Cybersecurity certifications (preferred): ISO 27001 LI/LA, CISSP, CISM, or CEH.

• Business Development Executive: 2–5 years
• Business Development Manager: 5–10+ years
• Experience in IT Services, Cybersecurity, Compliance Consulting, or SaaS is preferred.
