Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Key Responsibilities*

• Maintain daily NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation of the AIF funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain and update the AIF dashboard on an ongoing basis; proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

• Handle taxation calculations for the AIF and all entities involved in the fund structure, ensuring full compliance with the Income Tax Act.

• Maintain monthly fee and expense calculations for AIF funds; monitor and ensure compliance of all fund expenses with regulatory requirements.

• Assist in preparing comprehensive due diligence reports and investment thesis for all investments of the funds.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks related to AIF operations and fund management as assigned.

*Training will be provided for all the responsibilities mentioned.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Chartered Accountancy (CA) dropouts only.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and its application to Alternative Investment Funds is preferred but not compulsory.

• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with fund management is a plus.
