24-35 Years

Duties & Responsibilities

KEY DELIVERABLES

Responsibilities

  • Work with Head TM F&A to Identify training needs (TNI) & roll out of learning calendar
  • Support TM Head in designing framework and rollout of customized programs for identified talent
  • Liaison and collaborate with all the stakeholders both internal and external to drive learning.
  • Assist drive learning journey & track application of learning through connects with participants.
  • Maintain training data & reports & produce as & when required.
  • Manage LMS
