Hiring: HR Recruiter (Remote | US Shift)
We are a USA-based company looking for a Remote HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our India-based remote team.
If you have experience hiring for digital, tech, and creative roles and are comfortable working in US-aligned hours, we’d love to connect.
Job Details
• Work Mode: Remote (India)
• Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
(US alignment)
• Contract: 2 Years
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
(Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & shortlisting
Hiring for roles such as:
• Digital Marketing
• Web Development
• Social Media Manager
• Graphic Designer
• Accounts & Admin roles
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with management to finalize candidates
• Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Experience with remote hiring preferred
• Familiar with LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & WhatsApp sourcing
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Self-driven and well-organized.
