We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage end-to-end customer interactions for our D2C website.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat
• Assist customers with orders, cancellations, refunds, returns & delivery tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution of customer issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending tickets
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support for a D2C / e-commerce brand
• Working knowledge of Shopify dashboard, order management & product listings
• Good understanding of online customer journeys and e-commerce operations
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills
