Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spoken English Trainer based in Trivandrum. The trainer will design and deliver engaging English language learning sessions for diverse groups, focusing on improving learners’ fluency, vocabulary, and communication skills. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, teaching conversational and written English, evaluating students' progress, and tailoring teaching methods to individual needs. The trainer may also collaborate with the team to enhance course content.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and the ability to design effective learning experiences
• Proficiency in Teaching methodologies and a passion for Education
• Experience or aptitude in Writing clear and effective communication materials
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Patience and adaptability to cater to learners with varying skill levels
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
