About the Role

We are looking for a Clay Expert to build and manage highly targeted outbound lead generation systems. This role focuses on using Clay to scrape, enrich, and segment data to create high-quality prospect lists for cold email campaigns.

You will work closely with the growth and outreach team to identify the right prospects, build segmented lead databases, and support scalable outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Clay to scrape, enrich, and structure lead data.
• Build segmented prospect lists based on ICP and commercial triggers.
• Integrate Clay workflows with outreach tools such as Instantly or SmartLead.
• Identify leads using data signals (reviews, SEO gaps, ads presence, etc.).
• Maintain clean and organised datasets in Google Sheets or CRM.

Skills Required

• Advanced experience using Clay for data enrichment and scraping
• Strong understanding of ICP segmentation and lead qualification
• Experience with Instantly, SmartLead, or similar cold email tools
• Data scraping and enrichment logic
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of cold email outreach workflows

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• CRM integration experience
• Understanding of email deliverability basics
