mindframes is a design-first content studio based in bangalore, working with d2c brands across india, the us, and beyond. from setting up standout product photography to producing high-conversion videos, we’re the go-to crew for over 200 brands looking to scale their e-commerce presence. we operate out of a fully equipped, state-of-the-art studio and collaborate with some of the most ambitious creators, strategists, and founders in the game.

about the role — video editor (full-time)

we’re looking for a hands-on video editor to turn raw footage into impactful visual stories for some of the fastest-growing d2c brands.

what you’ll do

• edit and assemble raw video content into sharp, compelling stories
• collaborate with the creative team to nail the visual direction
• edit across formats: amazon listings, social ads, reels, explainers, and campaign films
• add motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound where required
• perform basic colour correction and audio clean-ups
• manage project timelines and maintain an archive of footage and exports
• support on-set during shoots when needed (setup, lighting, b-roll)
• stay updated with editing trends and tools

what we’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience editing for e-commerce, advertising, or digital content
• fluent in premiere pro, after effects, and adobe cc; bonus points for final cut
• comfortable with color grading, sound design, and storytelling
• knowledge of motion graphics is a strong plus
• understanding of camera work and lighting basics
• reliable, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
• collaborative mindset with strong visual instincts

nice to have

• degree or certification in film, media, or visual communication
• a solid reel or portfolio that shows versatility and creative edge
• exposure to studio workflows or fast-paced production environments
• basics of design aesthetics such as font hierarchy, colour palette, infographics, etc
