Associate Graphic Designer (Agency Exp)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept to final delivery for various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design objectives and deliver tailored creative solutions.
• Create high-quality visual assets for websites, social media, print, and other marketing materials.
• Supervise design consistency across all platforms and maintain brand guidelines.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
• Provide strategic input on design approaches and creative direction for the brand.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Design engaging graphics for web, social media, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity in all visual designs.
• Learn and apply feedback from senior designers to improve design skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and creativity.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Coral Draw, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and composition.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Ability to develop creative concepts that align with brand strategy.
• Experience in both digital and print media work, including branding, web, and print.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and high-quality work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team.
• A creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sense.
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and a creative flair

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Candidates with relevant coursework in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field are also encouraged to apply.
