Role Description

The Vice President – Counsellor College Partnerships is a full-time, on-site role Noida ,This role involves leading strategic engagement and collaboration with educational institutions, building and managing partnerships, and driving initiatives to promote mutual growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing plans to enhance collaboration, negotiating partnership agreements, representing WebConvoy Academy at industry and college events, and ensuring alignment between the organization’s goals and partners’ priorities. The successful candidate will also oversee a team of counselors to achieve enrollment objectives and support strategic decision-making with insights and market understanding.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and partnership-building experience, particularly with educational institutions.
• Proven skills in leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning.
• Experience in team management, mentorship, and achieving performance targets.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and networking abilities.
• Knowledge of technology education and trends in fields such as Software Development, Data Science, and Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and drive unified efforts toward shared goals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped to efficiently manage tasks in an on-site capacity.
