Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager – Crushing & Screening Equipment Location

Hubli | Mahoba | Ahmedabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with proven experience in Crushing & Screening Equipment / Mining / Construction Equipment Sales. The role involves end-to-end ownership of territory sales, dealer network expansion, and business development across quarrying, mining, and infrastructure segments.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Crushing & Screening Equipment, Crusher Plants, Spares, and Aftermarket Products within the assigned territory

Identify And Develop New Business Opportunities Across

Quarry Owners

Mining Companies

Infrastructure & EPC Contractors

Channel Partners / Dealers

Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and distributors

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Conduct site visits, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations

Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional market dynamics

Collaborate with service and technical teams for seamless project execution and after-sales support

Strengthen and expand the dealer/distributor network in the territory

Drive aftermarket revenue through spares, wear parts, and service solutions

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3 to 8 years in relevant industry sales

Hands-on Exposure To

Crushing & Screening Equipment

Mining / Construction Equipment

Crusher Plants & Machinery

Strong Knowledge Of

Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers, VSI

Screens, Feeders, Wash Plants

Crusher Spares & Wear Parts

Core Competencies

B2B Sales & Business Development

Territory & Channel Sales Management

Key Account Management

Dealer Development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Willingness for extensive field travel within assigned territory

Preferred Background

Candidates from leading Crusher / Mining / Construction Equipment companies will be highly preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / BE (Mechanical / Mining / Civil / Electrical preferred)

MBA (Sales / Marketing) – Added advantage
