Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving client engagement, and achieving sales targets in alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, conducting market analysis, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment. The role also requires active participation in marketing activities to support business growth.


🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Food, Nutrition, or Nutraceutical segment

🔹 Qualification: BPharm/ MPharm/ MBA/ BE/ BTech/ B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Nutraceuticals

🔹 Region: PAN India

🔹 Travel: Frequent travel required


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and market analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or nutraceutical industry is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities
