This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Gurugram. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and managing staff. Tasks will include coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring the restaurant's smooth operation during shifts. Additionally, the role involves staff training and hiring, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
