Role Description The Manager – Educational Marketing (Hyderabad) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to promote Amity University’s academic programs and brand in the Hyderabad region. This position involves developing and managing outreach campaigns to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants, as well as organizing events, seminars, and student engagement initiatives. The role includes coordinating digital and offline marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing regular reports to support enrollment targets. The Manager will collaborate closely with academic departments, admissions, and central marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve stakeholder relationship management, market research on local educational trends, and ensuring that all communication aligns with the university’s values and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Strong educational marketing and branding skills, with experience in student recruitment, outreach initiatives, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, schools, and external partners.
  • Proven ability in project planning, event coordination, and stakeholder management within an education or services environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field; experience in higher education is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities to understand local market dynamics, competitor activities, and student preferences.
  • Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets while adhering to institutional policies and ethical standards.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting to track campaign outcomes and support decision-making.
