Role Description The Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager – Real Estate Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Dera Bassi. The role involves leading and managing sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, property presentations, and closing transactions across residential, commercial, industrial, and land investments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client network, guiding clients through the entire sales cycle, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will track sales performance, prepare reports, coordinate with marketing and operations teams, and contribute to sales strategies and pricing decisions. This role also includes mentoring sales staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, and representing the brand professionally in the local market.
Qualifications
- Strong real estate sales and business development skills, with experience in residential, commercial, and land transactions.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Ability to lead and mentor sales teams, set targets, and manage performance.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM software, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and online property listing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Dera Bassi and surrounding areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or a similar industry.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
