Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi.

Responsible for  planning and successful execution of Domestics and International exhibitions and events, including exhibit design and layout.

Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating schedules, and ensuring projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.

The person will serve as a liaison between teams to facilitate smooth communication and the successful delivery of exhibition goals.

 Also assist in creating brand collateral, managing budgets, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives to promote the company’s defense products.

Responsible for all printing materials required for events and for branding for the company.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication to effectively liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Experience in Exhibit Design and Arts Administration to develop and execute engaging exhibition displays.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Event Management to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant academic background in Event Management, Design, or related fields.
