We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to lead our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for the LAP product line in the Gurgaon area
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and other potential referral sources
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong understanding of the LAP product and the real estate market in Gurgaon
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
