- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive primary and secondary sales

- Ensure effective stock availability and inventory control
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls
