Summary
The Territory Manager drives revenue growth within the Patient Services division by expanding adoption of InfuSystem’s ambulatory pump program across hospital-based and community oncology practices. The role owns a multi-state territory, balancing active new business development with disciplined management and growth of existing accounts.
This role is uniquely balanced between selling and high-touch account management, requiring the Territory Manager to maintain end-to-end ownership of customer relationships within the territory. The Territory Manager serves as the central point of accountability, with selling, customer communication, follow-up, coordination, and issue resolution flowing through this role. While supported by an inside customer service representative and an account manager, success requires significant hands-on involvement and ongoing oversight across both pre-sale and post-sale customer engagement.
Success requires disciplined territory planning, hands-on field execution, and sound judgment in a fast-paced, non-linear environment, alongside management of a substantial operational workload that includes reporting, data analysis, customer documentation, and frequent, ongoing interaction with customers.
Successful Territory Managers are highly disciplined self‑starters who combine consistent selling activity with exceptional customer ownership, sound judgment, and operational follow‑through to drive sustainable territory performance.
Certain hospitals, clinics and other medical centers now require InfuSystem to provide proof of vaccinations prior to entering their facilities. Your role may require proof of vaccination in order for us to receive the accreditation credentials needed to effectively service our customers (dependent on role).
