Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at JPrime Buildcon, based in Navi Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The role will involve collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The Architect will also oversee integration of design with construction and provide technical guidance during project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, with the ability to create innovative and functional designs.
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination effectively.
• Knowledge of building integration processes and familiarity with related tools and practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software tools for design and drafting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with real estate or construction industry practices is a plus.

Architectural Role:

• Prepare conceptual and detailed architectural designs, drawings, and layouts.
• Work on building plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using CAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for integrated design development.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical supervision during construction phases.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.

Liaisoning Role:

• Coordinate with municipal and regulatory authorities for project approvals (e.g., building plans, zoning clearances, environmental clearances, fire NOC, etc.).
• Prepare and submit drawings, forms, and documentation for approvals.
• Follow up with government departments to expedite permissions and resolve compliance issues.
• Keep the team updated on policy changes, by-laws, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation of all liaison and approval-related processes.
