Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident Sales Executive with real estate experience. The role involves handling leads, explaining project details, coordinating site visits, and assisting clients throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
• Explain project features, pricing, and benefits
• Plan and conduct site visits with clients
• Maintain lead and follow-up records
• Work toward monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Graduation required
• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
• Strong communication, presentation & convincing skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Professional and customer-oriented attitude
