Calling Representative

Job Title: Remote Calling Representative ? Digital Marketing Services About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Calling Representative to join our digital marketing company. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (data provided by the company), explaining our services over the phone, and scheduling meetings for our sales/consulting team. Key Responsibilities: Call potential clients from the leads sheet provided by the company. Introduce the company and its digital marketing services (social media, ads, SEO, branding). Explain benefits and answer initial queries professionally. Capture client interest and schedule meetings for the senior sales/consulting team. Update call outcomes, notes, and follow-up actions in the CRM or Excel sheet. Follow up on interested leads to ensure meeting attendance. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and meetings fixed. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written). Good communication and persuasion skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, email). A quiet place and good internet connection to work remotely. Self-motivated and disciplined to achieve targets. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Knowledge of digital marketing basics (training will be provided).
