Job Requirements

Role/ Job Title: State Head - Car Loans

Function/ Department: Car Loans

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the State business across Car Loan to expand revenue per existing customer
Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium
Build and nurture startegic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the pentration of entire portfolio
Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
Guide the Product team in Car Loans category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth
Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-sell

Experience - 5 to 10 years

Qualification -Any Graduate
