Versa Innovations is building a cloud-based communications platform serving security and field operations teams across multiple markets. As we scale, we’re strengthening our internal foundations and looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead our finance function.

This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of accounting and core finance operations end-to-end. You will manage junior and mid-level accountants and billing personnel, ensure disciplined financial reporting, and provide clear financial visibility to leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and taking real ownership — not just maintaining the status quo.

• Own month-end and year-end close across entities
• Ensure accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting
• Lead and develop the accounting and billing team
• Manage cash flow visibility and support budgeting and cost control
• Translate financial data into clear insights for leadership
• Improve systems, processes, and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors

• Strong experience in accounting and finance operations
• Proven people management experience
• Comfort owning the numbers end-to-end
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• High integrity, sound judgment, and a leadership mindset

CPA is a plus, but practical leadership and business thinking matter more.
