About the Role: We are a group of companies owning multiple Real Estate projects and multiple Educational Institutions. We have an existing execution team in place. We are looking for an experienced strategist to provide direction, manage campaigns, and ensure our business goals are met.

What You Will Do:

Lead the Strategy: You plan the campaigns and executes.
Drive Results: Focus on generating high-quality Student Admissions and Real Estate Leads.
Manage Budgets: Allocate ad spend effectively across Google & Meta.
Report to Founders: Provide weekly ROI and performance updates.

Requirements:

Experience: 4+ years in Digital Marketing (Real Estate or Education experience is a must).
Leadership: Ability to delegate tasks to junior staff and oversee quality.
Technical: Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
