Job Title: Marketing Manager – Fashion Jewellery, Bags & Belts

Location: Noida (Sector 116)

Salary: ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on business generated)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years in Export Marketing / Fashion Accessories

We are a growing fashion accessories company dealing in fashion jewellery, bags, and belts, catering to both domestic and international markets. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager who can actively bring new export buyers, international clients, and buying houses, and manage the complete cycle from product development to order execution.

• Identify and develop new international buyers, importers, and buying houses for fashion jewellery, bags, and belts.
• Build strong relationships with export clients, sourcing agents, and international retailers.
• Generate new business opportunities in global markets.
• Coordinate with buyers for product development based on their requirements and trends.
• Work closely with the design and production team for sampling and approvals.
• Manage the entire process from buyer introduction, sampling, negotiation, order confirmation, and execution.
• Handle buyer communication, pricing discussions, and delivery timelines.
• Stay updated with international fashion trends and export market requirements.
• Participate in export exhibitions, buyer meetings, and networking events when required.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in export marketing for fashion accessories, jewellery, bags, or similar products.
• Strong network with international buyers, importers, or buying houses.
• Proven ability to bring new business and generate export orders.
• Good understanding of product development and export processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and result-oriented personality.
