Position: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
Work Location: Lodhi Road, New Delhi
About the Role
Sameksha Art Gallery is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and lead digital marketing initiatives. The role involves handling social media platforms, planning and executing digital advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, and generating quality leads through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the gallery’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
- Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
- Coordinate with designers/videographers for content creation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
- Create targeted campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads through A/B testing.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI).
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Develop digital campaigns to promote exhibitions, events, and gallery initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external creatives for campaign assets.
- Provide real-time social media coverage during events and gallery activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and YouTube Studio.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance digital performance.
Tools & Skills
- Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Drive, basic analytics tools
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO basics, and social media best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.
- Strong communication, content planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
Preferred
- Experience working with art, culture, lifestyle brands, or educational institutions.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Marketing will be an advantage.
