What We Expect From You:
- Responsibilities
- High work ethic
- Follow our proven sales process
- Train with your coach daily
- 150+ Dials per day
- Manage your pipeline and follow up properly
- Admin work for data collection
- Be a team player
Requirements:
- 6 months+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage your own time
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
- Comfortable discussing men's health topics with maturity and zero judgment
Location:
In-Office, South Delhi - India (option to relocate for top performers)
Compensation:
Rs. 2.4 - 3.6L Base Salary + Performance Based Incentives
Top performing setters are eligible for promotion within 90 days.
