Job Description

Analyst/Sr Analyst - Customer Service - Voice (International)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Sr Analyst to join our Customer Service team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice Support, BPO Operations, and Team Handling. The role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and interacting with clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide voice support to customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work as part of a team to achieve operational excellence in BPO Operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives in the voice process
  • Support US shift operations and ensure seamless communication with international teams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Voice Support, BPO Operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in voice process operations and ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
  • US shift support experience is a plus, but not required
