Analyst/Sr Analyst - Customer Service - Voice (International)

We are seeking an experienced Analyst/Sr Analyst to join our Customer Service team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Voice Support, BPO Operations, and Team Handling. The role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and interacting with clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

Provide voice support to customers through inbound and outbound calls
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Work as part of a team to achieve operational excellence in BPO Operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution
Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives in the voice process
Support US shift operations and ensure seamless communication with international teams
Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in Voice Support, BPO Operations, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
Proficiency in voice process operations and ability to adapt to new processes and technologies
US shift support experience is a plus, but not required
